Those Two and a Half Days

Dogs come into our lives to teach us about love; they depart to teach us about loss. A new dog never replaces an old dog. He/she merely expands the heart.

Oreo came home on 13th June, 2013 and the two and half days that followed went by in a daze. We were both so used to being around matured dogs that we had completely forgotten how crazy puppies can be.
